Most GTM Engineers inherit a patchwork of tools and spend months just getting the basics to talk to each other. At InRule, we’re at an exciting starting point: Salesforce and HubSpot are newly adopted, and our own platform can serve as the backbone for how we stitch systems, data, and processes together.
We’re looking for someone who can see the big picture of GTM—from brand awareness to customer renewal—and jump into the weeds with automation, data pipelines, scripts, and AI integrations. Your mission: engineer a sustainable, end-to-end machine for generating pipeline, closing deals, and retaining happy customers.

Key Responsibilities

Architect the GTM Engine
  • Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, enrichment tools, and AI services through APIs and orchestration platforms.
  • Design personalized, automated journeys that move prospects from first touch to close with minimal manual effort—and measurable lift.
  • Develop omnichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, ads, chat) triggered by real-time buyer intent signals.
  • Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies while mastering InRule’s own Decision Intelligence, process automation, and machine learning platform as the foundation of the stack.
Scale Outbound & Break the Mold
  • Replace repetitive SDR tasks with scalable outbound programs that still feel one-to-one.
  • Build outbound processes from scratch that directly generate pipeline, questioning playbooks when they slow us down.
  • Deploy chatbots and AI assistants to engage high-intent leads instantly—even off-hours.
Engineer for Both Data and Humans
  • Ensure every system stays in sync and every decision is grounded in trustworthy, centralized data.
  • Monitor funnel signals and experiment relentlessly to remove friction, increase conversion, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Balance automation with human handoffs so Sales and CS teams act at exactly the right moment.
Experiment, Measure, Iterate
  • Launch controlled experiments to test messaging, workflows, and triggers—then pivot quickly based on results.
  • Document wins and failures so improvements compound over time.
  • Apply InRule’s own DIP to GTM workflows as a living showcase for prospects.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Automation & Integration: APIs, low/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Tray.io), light scripting (JavaScript, Python).
  • CRM Mastery: Salesforce + HubSpot admin-level expertise (custom fields, workflows, automation).
  • Analytics & Data – SQL or BI tools to slice funnel data, spot leaks, and evaluate experiments.
  • AI & Machine Learning – Comfort connecting LLMs/AI services to personalize at scale.
  • Sales & Marketing Fundamentals – B2B sales cycles, lead qualification, ABM, and funnel design.
  • Campaign Strategy – Partnering with Marketing on multi-touch, account-based plays.
  • Sales Intelligence – Providing real-time context and signals to reps.
  • Cross-Functional Communication – Translating between technical and business teams fluently.
  • Innovation & Problem-Solving – Questioning “the way it’s always been done” and replacing it with better, faster, more personalized solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Hands-on with Clay, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or similar enrichment/intent platforms.
  • Track record of scaling outbound via automation without maintaining personalization.
  • Experience integrating multiple martech and salestech tools into a single, coherent GTM flow.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, predictive lead scoring, or NLP-based sales insights.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: On Target Earnings $90K-$120K per year. Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
